Additional Custom Finishing Options
A surface treatment of liquid coating in which your cards are given an extreme gloss finish for a rich, luxurious look. UV Varnishing can be applied on one or both sides, but only on the entire surface.
As the name suggests, gloss is applied to select spots of the business card design. This has the effect of highlighting and drawing attention to that part of the design, and also provides a neat texture variance on a single printed surface.
This technique creates a three-dimensional design. A custom die is used to push the paper up, leaving one side with raised texture and the other with an indent into the paper of the shape or form you have chosen to emboss.
A similar look to the embossing technique where it creates a three-dimensional design, but more subtle and without the result of one side being debossed (indented into the paper.)
Provides a soft sheen and features glare-reducing qualities.
A simple option to help you break away from common rectangular business cards. Opt to round from one to all four corners.
Pricing and FAQ
LinxPrint understands how difficult it is to start and run a business in Vancouver, and there is no need to sacrifice budget for quality. Let our high quality digital press business card printing work for you, all at extremely competitive rates. Please note, we offer an additional 15% discount to non-profit organizations.
What is the difference between coated and uncoated stock?
Coated stock has a thin layer of clay that provides a smooth (glossy or satin) finish, whereas the uncoated stock is a rougher, porous type of paper, displaying an extremely matte look.
What is your business card turnaround time?
Business card printing goes through one of the fastest processes here, and upon receipt of a print-ready file, we could have your order ready within the same day. Please keep in mind that if your business cards go beyond printing, the timing for the additional finishing portion(s) of the job will extend the turnaround accordingly. We would also be happy to try to meet your specified turnaround upon request.
Can I order less than 250 cards?
The setup and printing process allows us to print 250 cards efficiently. Anything less than 250 would still be priced the same.
